Early Years Educator

We are seeking a passionate and engaging Early Years Educator to join our team at Grimsbury Manor Nursery School by Storal. As a Casual Early Years Educator, you will provide cover for periods of holiday, sickness, and vacancy gaps, working variable hours Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality teaching and ensure all children are kept safe and have rich stimulating experiences.
- Work in partnership with the existing educator team to create an inspiring working environment and ensure the successful running of the nursery.
- Encourage a love of learning and support the development of children under the age of 5.
- Level 2 or 3 qualification within early years preferred, however unqualified Educators will also be considered if they can demonstrate the necessary values and enthusiasm for working within this environment.
- Experience as an Early Years Educator or having worked with children under the age of 5 is advantageous.
- Knowledge and understanding of the EYFS is desirable.
We offer competitive rates of pay, ranging from £11.50 - £13.28 for qualified Educators and £6.40 - £11.44 for unqualified Educators, as per NMW rate and demonstrable skills and experience.
