Key Requirements:

  • Hold a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, with a strong desire to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status.
  • Proven knowledge of financial products, markets, and regulations, with a focus on delivering exceptional client outcomes.
  • Competent Adviser Status (CAS) and a strong track record of income generation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Transferable Assets Under Management (AUM) and a demonstrated ability to grow business.
