Sofitel London Heathrow is seeking a skilled Spa Therapist to join our team. As a Spa Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality treatments to our guests, ensuring their relaxation and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities...

• Offering professional treatments in a serene environment, including massages, facials and other spa treatments.
• Providing exceptional customer service, always considering the needs and concerns of our guests.
• Promoting spa products and services with complete knowledge and understanding.
• Covering reception shifts when required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A smart and professional appearance.
• You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.
• Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner.
• Experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel is a significant advantage.
• A recognized beauty qualification, level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
• Massage qualification is a must.
