  • Provide excellent communication and interpersonal skills, considering guest wellness needs and concerns.
  • Promote spa products and services, showcasing complete knowledge and understanding.
  • Support reception shifts when required.

Requirements

  • A recognized beauty qualification, level 3 Beauty or equivalent.
  • A valid massage qualification.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • A smart and professional appearance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
