We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team at Little Giggles Private Day Nursery & Preschool. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the nursery owner/area manager in ensuring the nursery meets OFSTED and early years foundation stage standards.
Key Skills and Qualifications- A full and relevant Level 3 Qualification in Childcare.
- 2 years' Work Experience with Children within a Deputy Management Role.
- Supervisory experience is essential.
- Desirable early years professional status (EYPS) or its replacement, early years teacher status (EYTS).
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. They will also have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality early years education and care.
Estimated Salary: £32,123 per annum (£14.12 per hour)
Work EnvironmentThe nursery operates from Monday to Friday, 07:00-18:00, based on a 43.75 hour week. The successful candidate will be required to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends.
