Campus Internship Programme Undergraduate Digital Product Management

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Enterprise Digital & Data Solutions team as a Digital Product Management Intern. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with enterprise platform teams, technologies, and vendor partners to ingest rich data into our digital marketing capabilities.
- Support multivariate and a/b testing to drive value for the business, incorporating statistical robustness and advancements in experiment design and study.
- Use data from various sources to generate user-centered analyses to influence partners on customer experience improvements that will drive higher conversion for various user segments.
- Awareness of developments in the field of digital analytics for the e-commerce space and recommending changes in tools, platforms, or methodologies.
- Passion for improving end-to-end customer experience, innovation, and customer-first thinking.
- Strong interest in the digital space and ability to collaborate with technology and product partners.
- Independent problem-solver who's organized, has great attention to detail, and can multi-task while still taking into account the big picture.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills - must have the ability to compile, analyze, research, and link complex issues.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and collaboratively in high-pressure situations and handle multiple priority assignments simultaneously - must be a self-starter.
- Excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate at all levels.
- Willingness to learn and master new systems.
- Knowledge of MS Office applications required.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Java, Hive, Yellow Brick, or Python is a plus.
