About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic individual to join our team as a Personal Support Specialist in Southampton. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who wants to make a meaningful difference in people's lives.

As a Personal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes. Your main duties will include assisting with personal care, cooking, and domestic tasks, as well as providing companionship and reassurance.

Estimated Salary: around £33,000 per annum, based on 35 hours per week at £17.63 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
  • Manage medications and provide support with cooking and preparing hot meals
  • Help with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
  • Provide companionship and reassurance to our clients
