Job Description
We are seeking a Building Sustainability Manager to oversee the long-term sustainability of the iconic Methodist Central Hall Westminster. Located opposite Westminster Abbey and the Houses of Parliament, this building is steeped in history.

The ideal candidate will have professional experience of surveying buildings with listed status. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the building’s maintenance and repairs to ensure its continued integrity.
  • E nsuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations regarding listed buildings.
  • Collaborating with the Trustee body to make strategic decisions about the building's future.
  • Working closely with the Methodist Church in Great Britain to achieve the building’s long-term goals.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and 25 days annual leave.
