About the Role

Quantum Mortgages is a specialist Buy to Let lender, providing finance to professional landlords who are underserved by high street lenders and even many of the existing specialist lenders. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of our financial systems, including data entry, payment processing, and account reconciliation.
  • Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including payment statements and weekly reporting.
  • Account Management: Manage accounts payable and ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service to our broker partners, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a fast-paced finance team, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong numerical and Excel skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Initiative: Ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks and projects.
