Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our team at a mainstream primary school in Wakefield.

Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing both classroom and one-on-one support to help students stay focused and engaged. This may include adapting learning materials and activities to meet the unique needs of students, including those with SEN.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher to tailor learning strategies, offer emotional support, and encourage self-esteem. You will also track and monitor progress, working closely with the school's SENCO to develop and review individualised support plans.

Salary Details

The estimated salary for this role is £90-£100 per day, inclusive of holiday pay at 12.07%. We offer a supportive team environment and the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students.
