We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Learning Support Professional to join our team. As a Learning Support Professional, you will play a vital role in supporting students with SEN, promoting their academic and social growth, and contributing to a positive school culture.

Responsibilities
  • Support teachers in developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with SEN
  • Assist in creating a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth
  • Monitor student progress and collaborate with teachers to make informed decisions about their education
Essential Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 months' experience working with children with SEN
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations
  • Desirable: Level 2 or 3 TA Diploma or equivalent qualification
  • An Enhanced DBS Check
