Job Title: Motor Vehicle Technician


Location: Hartlepool, TS24 7LD


Salary: Up to £34,000 basic salary + uncapped bonus – OTE £40,000+

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Motor Vehicle Technician to join our busy service team in Hartlepool. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles, undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, and providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition and work performed.


Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles
  • Undertake vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines
  • Provide accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed, and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance
  • Collaborate effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations


Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude
  • Be committed to achieving complete customer satisfaction
  • Help achieve sales targets as set out by service manager
  • Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
  • Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
  • Comply with Company administrative procedures
