About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic professional to join our team as a Teaching Assistant in a specialist school.

This role involves mentoring, supporting, and inspiring learners through curriculum-based learning in the classroom, home tuition, outreach, and outdoor activities.

  • Mentor, support, and inspire learners in a bespoke educational provision catering to secondary-aged students (Year 7 to post-16).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist teachers in planning, preparing, and delivering lessons.
  • Support students with special educational needs (SEN) in a small class setting.
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to meet student needs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Teaching Assistant in an SEN setting.
  • A valid UK driver's licence and access to a car.
