At Common Ground, we're seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Paid Media Executive, you'll play a key role in helping our clients achieve their online goals through strategic PPC campaigns.


The ideal candidate will have 6-18 months of experience in PPC, with a solid understanding of PPC strategy and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry developments. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, creating and implementing PPC campaigns, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results.


In this role, you'll work closely with our senior team to develop and execute strategies that drive client success. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of clients, from SMEs to large multinational brands, and will be supported to learn and develop your skills through our training programs.

Key responsibilities of the role include:



  • Managing client relationships and developing PPC strategies to drive client success
  • Creating and implementing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Analyzing campaign performance and optimizing results to meet client objectives
  • Working closely with our senior team to develop and execute strategies that drive client success
  • Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in PPC

The ideal candidate will have:



  • 6-18 months of experience in PPC
  • Intermediate knowledge of PPC strategy
  • Some experience of managing clients or senior leaders directly
  • Confident communication and a good level of written English
  • Experience in running Google Ads
  • Experience running paid social campaigns is highly desirable but not essential
  • Good level of proficiency with Google Sheets, Docs, and Slides
  • Effective organisational and project/time management skills
  • Someone who wants to be social
  • Happy to work from home
  • Willing to commute for meet ups and client meetings when required
