Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in finding the products they need and provide recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor and stockroom.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store displays to create an attractive and engaging shopping environment.
- Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Good standard of dress and appearance.
Desirable Qualifications
- WSET Foundation Certificate.
- Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
