Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our team at Winemark. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with sales and stock control, and maintaining a high level of store standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with sales and stock control, including receiving and processing stock, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain a high level of store standards, including housekeeping and visual merchandising.
- Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Participate in promotional activities and events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
- Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude.
Desirable Qualifications and Skills
- WSET Foundation Certificate.
- Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
- Interest and/or knowledge of wine.
