We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Worker to support our clients in their homes.
Key Responsibilities- To deliver high-quality care and support to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional well-being is maintained.
- To build strong relationships with clients and their families, promoting trust and confidence.
- To work collaboratively as part of a team to ensure seamless service delivery, communicating effectively with colleagues and management.
- To maintain accurate records and report any concerns or issues promptly, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- A minimum of 1 year experience as a carer is essential for this role.
- PVG scheme membership is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, enabling effective interactions with clients and colleagues.
- The ability to work flexible hours is necessary, as shifts may vary.
- A competitive pay rate of £18.00 per hour.
