Job Title: Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Tate Cambridge. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and screening high-quality candidates for vacancies within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  2. Building relationships with local employment, education, and charitable organizations to drive attraction and improve the quality of hire.
  3. Utilizing a range of sourcing channels to find high-quality candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  4. Managing all vacancies and candidates within agreed service level agreements to reduce cost and time to offer.
  5. Providing exceptional candidate experience, including scheduling, conducting, and documenting telephone interviews, and arranging selection events with hiring managers and candidates.
  6. Ensuring audit compliance of the recruitment process in line with our recruitment policy.
  7. Supporting other recruiters as required through peaks and troughs.
Requirements:
  1. Experience of working in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
  2. Ability to work within a highly pressurized and fast-paced environment.
  3. Excellent verbal communication skills, preferably with experience via telephone.
  4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
  5. Attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
