About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at HFH Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to children with complex needs, including those with tracheostomies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personalized care to children with complex needs, including tracheostomy care, invasive and non-invasive ventilation, and other specialized care requirements.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent patient outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and their families, providing emotional support and reassurance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
  • Contribute to the development of our carer development centre, which provides bespoke training and support for our carers.

Requirements
  • Be over 18 years old and have the right to work in the UK.
  • Have a good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively.
