Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Utilise Recruitment. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of electrical systems
  • Supervise and manage team members, providing regular reports to Qualified Supervisors or Department Heads
  • Offer technical advice and support to engineers
  • Monitor the performance of engineers
  • Attend client site meetings
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent
  • BS 7671 18th Edition qualification
  • Full UK driving license
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • A strong technical understanding of various electrical systems
Salary and Benefits
