Job Description

This role includes:

  • Directing and leading a team of Facilities Managers to deliver facilities management services

  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Providing advice and support on facilities management best practice

The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications and experience in estate management or construction management, with knowledge of facilities management principles and practices. They will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
