- Cloud Hosting: Experience with Azure and private cloud solutions to ensure secure and efficient data management.
- Ticket Management: Understanding of ITIL practices and experience with service desk tools to effectively manage customer support.
- System Administration: Proficient in Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, Active Directory, Windows Server 201x, and Linux (CentOS, AlmaLinux) to maintain system security and integrity.
- Automation Tools: Skilled in using Terraform and Azure DevOps for automation and infrastructure management to streamline processes.
- Database Administration: Experience with MS-SQL, particularly Azure SQL Database, to ensure data consistency and integrity.
- Additional Linux Experience: Further experience with Linux (CentOS, AlmaLinux) is an advantage to enhance system administration skills.
