Lead DevOps Engineer

Qurated Network is seeking a highly skilled Lead DevOps Engineer to join our team and play a key role in enhancing our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) capabilities. As a Lead DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our cloud infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of reliability, security, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cloud infrastructure using AWS services and Terraform
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines, configuration management, and containerization
  • Ensure cloud security best practices and implementation
  • Deploy, configure, manage, and optimize Kafka infrastructure
  • Enhance networking, security, and observability using Cilium
  • Lead a small team of SREs or DevOps Engineers (optional)
Requirements:
  • Strong AWS expertise, including deep understanding of AWS services and infrastructure
  • DevOps and Terraform expertise, including CI/CD, configuration management, containers, and IaC
  • Scripting/coding proficiency in Bash, Python, or Golang
  • Cloud operations experience, including running large mission-critical workloads in AWS
  • Security knowledge, including cloud security best practices and implementation
  • Kafka deployment, configuration, management, and optimization experience
  • Cilium experience for enhancing networking, security, and observability
  • People management experience (optional)
