Clinical Leadership Specialist

We are seeking an experienced healthcare professional to lead and develop the service and workforce in our Trauma and Orthopaedics Directorate. As a Clinical Leadership Specialist, you will be responsible for providing clinical and professional leadership to assigned clinical wards and departments.
This role requires an NMC Registration and experience in operational management in the acute healthcare setting, including staff, financial/budgetary, and change management.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing a close working relationship with staff, consultants, departments, directorates, and trust managers across the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining high standards of care in a safe environment.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
