Job Title: Learning Disability Services Manager

About Us: SCR Recruitment Services is a highly respected provider of recruitment solutions for the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Learning Disability Services Manager to lead our residential care service in Plymouth, providing high-quality care to adults with learning disabilities.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of caregivers, developing individualized care plans, and conducting regular risk assessments. They will also be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of care provided, collaborating with external agencies and stakeholders as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of caregivers to deliver person-centered care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement safety measures
  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided
  • Collaborate with external agencies and stakeholders as needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of adult learning disabilities and their needs
  • Ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Social Work, Nursing, or a related field

Salary: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience.
