Key Responsibilities- Provide effective occupational therapy services to a defined caseload of adults with mental health problems.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote independence, well-being, and quality of life.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
- Conduct assessments, interventions, and evaluations to measure progress and effectiveness.
- Provide education and training to staff, families, and carers on occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of occupational therapy services.
- Registered Occupational Therapist with the Health Professions Council.
- Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
- Experience working with adults with mental health conditions in a healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
