**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and organised individual to join our team as a Facilities Assistant in Porton Down.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be responsible for processing stock from goods inwards to dispatch, maintaining and controlling stock levels, and ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed correctly.

You will also be accountable for all stock checks, including monthly KPI reports, ABC and annual stock checks, weekly critical and non-critical stock checks, and liaising with client MaPS teams in preparing for the annual stock check.

Additionally, you will provide presentation-ready evidence for Annual stock to clients and pick and ship items against the Client system (MAPs) for internal requisitions.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Taking accountability for the processing of stock from goods inwards to dispatch ensuring that all EMCOR UK and client processes and procedures are followed raising any issues to the Facilities Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining and controlling stock levels including stock rotation ensuring that any concerns or issues are raised to the Facilities Supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Accountable for all stock checks including monthly KPI. ABC and annual stock checks, weekly critical and non-critical stock checks.
