Job Title: Systems Administrator

Job Summary:

Safran Landing Systems is seeking a highly skilled Systems Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement IT infrastructure solutions to meet business needs
  • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, middleware, and databases
  • Provide technical support for IS projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate with other IS groups to industrialize proven technology
  • Act as the IS technical resource for related projects
  • Prepare technical documentation and presentations
  • Support the preparation of project proposals and feasibilities
  • Build server infrastructure, including creating servers, configuring and maintaining Windows servers, and ensuring compliance to security regulations
  • Install SQL Server and create and maintain databases
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for IS infrastructure, systems, and platforms
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex problems
  • Contribute to the maintenance and administration of data center hardware
  • Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks and resolve incidents

Requirements:

  • Working knowledge of various Windows Server Operating systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ITIL Foundations Certification or similar
  • Microsoft Office product suite skills
  • Knowledge of aerospace business
  • Basic understanding of VMWare, NetApp, and Citrix
  • Basic understanding of various IT/IS disciplines, technologies, and platforms
  • Knowledge of French Language
