Senior Teacher Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Teacher to join our team at Kaplan International Languages. As a Senior Teacher, you will play a key role in managing the delivery of our English programmes and ensuring that our students receive the highest level of education.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the delivery of English programmes, including teaching, testing, and student reports
- Support the Director of Studies in staff development, including observation, mentoring, and CPD delivery
- Contribute to the continued development of the school's academic provision
- Develop and implement effective teaching and learning resources
Requirements
- TEFLQ status (e.g. DELTA or equivalent)
- Experience in administration work, preferably in an ELT environment
- Experience in developing learner autonomy, effective student counselling, and tutorials
- Experience in teaching a variety of levels, including exam preparation and business classes
