Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our Prezzo team at Lakeside Shopping Centre. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading our waiting staff and ensuring every customer leaves happy and wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate our waiting staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with our management team to achieve sales targets and improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for all staff and customers.
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Monitor and control costs to achieve budget targets.
