About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Restaurant Team Member to join our Prezzo team at Lakeside Shopping Centre. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring that every guest leaves wanting to return.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a quick, friendly, and professional service to all customers.
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm throughout your shift.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, and ensure that all customer queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
  • Share your knowledge and recommendations of our menu with customers and provide personalized service to ensure that every guest feels valued and appreciated.
