Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Track Controller to join our Proving Ground team at HORIBA MIRA. As a Track Controller, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Instruct customers on safe operating practices and procedures, providing guidance on daily operations as required.
- Manage advanced bookings in a professional manner, ensuring timely confirmations and maximum utilization of circuits.
- Conduct regular circuit inspections, identifying and reporting any issues or defects, and arranging for prompt repairs as necessary.
- Follow up on provisional bookings to optimize facility utilization and ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements
- Ability to work in the UK without restrictions and meet UK government security vetting criteria.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service and teamwork.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
