Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Part Time Administrator for Customer Relations to join our Arnold Clark Group team in Glasgow. As a part-time employee, you will work Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:30pm.

About the Role
  • You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customer areas are tidy and well-maintained.
  • You will manage customer calls and deal with enquiries effectively and efficiently.
  • You will work closely with all departments within the branch to ensure seamless customer service.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will receive comprehensive training in Cisco telephony and Microsoft Office, including Excel.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Excel.
