About the Role

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at our Supported Living service in King's Heath, Birmingham. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting a young adult with complex disabilities, enabling them to live independently and participate in activities that promote their health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals/groups within the home, centre, and community.
  • Provide a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to people with multiple sensory impairments, physical, and/or learning disabilities.
  • Deliver services that meet or exceed organizational expectations and standards.
Requirements
  • Positive attitude with a can-do approach.
  • Caring and empathetic nature.
  • Passion for enhancing the lives of others.
  • Willingness to attend training as needed to support you in your role.
