Automotive Technology Specialist

Are you passionate about automotive technology and eager to make a significant impact?
To excel as an EDS Engineer at Aston Martin, you need a deep passion for detail, especially in circuits and components. An entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to drive initiatives independently are essential, as this role requires someone who can think on their feet and adapt to evolving project needs.
While a degree is preferred, it's not essential if you have significant experience in automotive EDS design, development, and manufacturing. We're looking for someone with hands-on expertise in vehicle electrical systems and components and a proven track record of delivering successful EDS projects. Experience in harness reworks and vehicle circuits and familiarity with DFMEA reviews and CAD tools (both 2D and 3D) will be valuable. Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards is also crucial to ensuring that our projects meet the highest industry benchmarks.
This full-time role is based at our Gaydon site and has a flexible hybrid work arrangement. You'll enjoy a balanced schedule of three days on-site and two days working from home, giving you the best of both worlds. Our working hours offer a fantastic work-life balance, running Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 16:30 and an early finish on Fridays from 07:30 to 12:30, giving you the perfect start to your weekends.
