Job Description: Secondary Education Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Secondary Education Support Specialist to join our team at LTF Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing academic support to students in a secondary school in Derbyshire, promoting academic progress across a range of abilities.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently with students. You will be expected to deliver in-school learning, including teaching KS3 students not attending school, covering a range of subjects using the school's resources. Additionally, you will provide home tutoring services to students required, driving license and access to a car essential (fuel expenses covered).

We offer a competitive salary of £20 per hour, manageable time commitment, delivering on and off-site, with travel expenses covered. You will also receive weekly CPD sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge, as well as a permanent opportunity with a stable and supportive environment.

The requirements for this role include being ambitious, self-motivated, and able to work independently with students. You should also have good communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with students and colleagues.
