Job Summary:
Ongo Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Governance Manager to lead and deliver a comprehensive Corporate Governance service to the Group. As the Assistant Company Secretary, you will ensure compliance with statutory, constitutional, and regulatory requirements, providing expert advice on these matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective Corporate Governance strategies to ensure compliance and risk management.
- Provide guidance and support to the Board and senior management on governance matters.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of governance services.
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the Group's compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and industry experts.
