**Communication Specialist Required for Primary School**
Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
LTF Recruitment is seeking a skilled Communication Specialist to join our team at a primary school in Dagenham. As a key member of the school community, you will work closely with teachers, students, and parents to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
- Design and deliver bespoke communication programs for students with speech and language difficulties.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to integrate communication strategies into lesson plans.
- Monitor student progress and adjust communication programs as needed.
- Provide training and support to staff on communication best practices.
**Essential Requirements:**
- Relevant qualification in speech and language therapy or a related field.
- Experience working with children with speech and language difficulties.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
