About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our Admin Team as a C Grade Staffing/HR Administrator. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Executive Head and School Business Manager, focusing on daily staffing cover, HR processes, and other core school administration activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Deputy Head in organizing and managing daily and lunchtime staffing at the school, including liaising with and booking casual support staff, agency staff, and recruitment agencies.
  • Provide administrative support across various HR processes, including return to work interviews, attendance management, and other general admin tasks.
  • Assist with staff wellbeing and attendance management.
  • Develop a positive and proactive approach to tasks, acting as a strong and reliable support to the Senior Leadership Team.
  • Utilize a range of ICT packages, including Microsoft Office and Office 365, and have a good working knowledge of school MIS systems.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and understand what makes a good team.
Requirements
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good working knowledge of ICT packages and school MIS systems.
  • Previous experience in a school or academy office would be advantageous.
