Job Title: Finance Business Partner - Maternity Cover

We are seeking an exceptional Finance Business Partner to provide 10-month maternity cover to support our programme teams with sound financial management. The successful candidate will ideally start working with us no later than 1st November 2024.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide financial guidance and support to programme teams to ensure effective financial management.
  • Prepare reliable financial reports and analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Identify key issues and make timely decisions to deliver outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and technical competence in financial management.
  • Solutions-focused with the ability to identify key issues and make timely decisions.

What We Offer:

  • Salary: £45,000-£50,000 per annum, full-time equivalent.
  • Nature of contract: Full-time or minimum 80% time.
  • Base: Our office is in Oxford, with flexible home-working arrangements in place.
  • Holidays: 36 days (including bank/public holidays) for discretionary use across the annual leave year.
  • Pension: Employer pension contribution of 7%.
