Team Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Hospitality Team Lead to join our team at The Plough Inn Stalisfield. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences through effective leadership and motivation of the team
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and overheads
  • Collaborate with the Owners and manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs

About You:

  • Proven experience as a restaurant manager or supervisor in a gastro pub environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a focus on revenue growth and profitability
  • Able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions quickly
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building strong relationships with customers
  • Familiarity with health and safety procedures and protocols
  • Proficient in IT, with experience using spreadsheets and social media platforms
