About the Role
Instinct Resourcing is partnering with a highly acclaimed higher education provider in London to find an experienced Learning Technologist to join their collaborative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in working with academics to support various learning and assessment provisions, including helpdesk support and bespoke training resources.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with academics to design, test, and evaluate new blended learning content and courses, using VLE (Moodle) functionality and HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
- Oversee helpdesk and tickets, working with the team to build and take ownership of solutions.
- Consult with stakeholders to gather yearly requirements for course rollover processes.
- Design and develop digital learning content, using scripting, storyboarding, and other relevant tools.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to demonstrate tact and diplomacy in professional communication.
- Knowledge of learning design methodologies and experience in a project-based work environment.
- Ability to work with data analytics and reports.
- Experience with developing tools or applications such as Captivate, H5P.
What We Offer
Aside from a competitive initial salary up to £39,000 per annum, this role will offer 42 days of leave per year, a pension package, free access to health and wellbeing programmes, and much more.
