Practice Nurse Opportunity

We are currently working with a well-established GP surgery in the Wolverhampton area that is looking for an experienced Practice Nurse to join its clinical team on a locum basis.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic opportunity for a Practice Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of the GP surgery.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical care to patients, including Cytology, Chronic Disease Management, and Baby Immunisations
- Work collaboratively with the GP surgery team to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous Primary Care experience
- Qualifications and confidence in seeing patients for Cytology, Chronic Disease Management, and Baby Immunisations
