Primary Care Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Nurse to join our team at HMP Brinsford, a prison and YOI for men located in Wolverhampton. As a Primary Care Nurse, you will be an integral part of the healthcare team, providing high-quality care to patients and contributing to the delivery of a nurse-led service.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding evidence-based care to patients, seeking out, listening to, and acting on their feedback.
- Work within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions.
- Undertake medication rounds, dispense controlled medication, attend emergency response situations, assess patients, and undertake reception screening.
- Use your skills and knowledge to deliver nurse-led clinics to your patient group, while being supported by a multi-disciplinary team.
- A competitive annual salary up to £38,115 per annum, depending on experience.
