Job Title: Area Sales Manager

McCarthy Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

About the Role:
  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive sales growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
