We are seeking a talented Junior Graphic Designer/Art Director to join our creative team as we enter an exciting stage of growth.

Job Overview

We require a skilled Mid-Weight Integrated Designer to create cohesive and compelling visual narratives across digital and physical media. The ideal candidate will have experience designing for print and digital formats, with a strong understanding of brand aesthetics and the ability to translate core values into beautiful designs.

This role demands attention to detail, strategic thinking, and a passion for luxury lifestyle branding.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging digital assets for our website, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, including layout design, video, and adapting content to various digital formats and platforms.
  • Design packaging, retail signage, and marketing collateral, ensuring all print materials meet brand standards and create a cohesive look across touchpoints.
  • Collaborate on integrated campaigns spanning digital, print, social, and experiential elements, ensuring seamless brand experiences across channels.
  • Liaise with external suppliers and print partners to ensure final outputs meet quality and brand standards.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, design innovation, and competitor activities, applying this insight to enhance Carl Friedrik's creative output.
  • Support the evolution of Carl Friedrik's visual language across all media, ensuring consistency and alignment with premium positioning.

About You

You should have a keen eye for design, a flair for style, and an interest in travel. Staying ahead of emerging trends and understanding elegance is essential.

In addition to your design expertise, you're detail-oriented, organized, and adept at managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Your portfolio reflects a strong eye for detail and demonstrates your ability to balance creativity with commercial goals.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in a design role, preferably within a premium or luxury brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing integrated work across digital and print media.
  • Expert proficiency in Design Software: Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with motion graphics and video is a plus.
  • E-commerce and Digital Marketing Design: Understanding of e-commerce principles, UX/UI fundamentals, and digital marketing design best practices.
  • Attention to Detail and Quality: Demonstrated commitment to excellence in design execution and quality control, down to the smallest detail.
