Job Overview:

We are seeking a Unit Management Supervisor to join our team at Compass UK & Ireland. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the overall efficient and effective management of the unit under your control, providing a quality service.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years catering experience, with a focus on customer satisfaction and teamwork. You will also have good communication skills, results orientation, and the ability to hold others accountable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organise and supervise the unit in accordance with and to the standards required by Compass Group UK & Ireland, the contract specification and statutory Regulations.
  • Responsible for the preparation, cooking and service of food to agreed standards and specification.
  • Ensure the efficient and economic use is made of all resources, including stock, team members and company assets.

Salary:

We offer a competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package which includes:
