Clinique Travel Retail Job Opportunity

As a Travel Retail Consultant with Clinique, you will play a key role in achieving personal objectives and contributing to the success of the account. Your primary responsibility will be to promote and maintain Clinique's image and reputation to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Retail Sales: Achieve targets set by the Company as communicated by the counter manager.
  • Measures: Monitor and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) such as target achievement percentage, sales, IPT, and MOB percentage.
  • Education: Complete self-learning of e-learning modules as set out by the counter manager and build relationships with key agency partners to train and coach agency staff.

You will be responsible for maintaining an up-to-date awareness of new stock, best sellers, out-of-stock categories, and layouts. Additionally, you will act as a role model and encourage colleagues to achieve agreed standards, take personal responsibility and ownership for development, and understand the company culture and promote the Brand image at all times.

Requirements:
  • Ability to learn quickly and be compliant in nature.
  • Effective communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to work independently, under pressure, and self-motivated.
  • Previous experience in retail and management experience within similar roles.
  • Ability to work Travel Retail hours, including 4am starts, evening, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
