Job Description

As a seasoned EUC Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality enterprise-class Windows desktop support to our clients. You will collaborate closely with various IT teams to enhance and improve the user environment, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance. Your expertise will be invaluable in mentoring staff, documenting processes, and engaging with key stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain Windows Desktop SOE, including OS, Office, and third-party application installation, patching, and configuration
  • Provide expert-level support for Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
  • Design and implement complex Microsoft Windows EUC environments for medium to large businesses
  • Develop and maintain advanced SCCM skills in medium to large businesses
  • Implement and manage Intune (MDM) solutions
  • Expertise in Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) and Entra ID
  • Proficient in Group Policy Management
  • ITIL Foundation v4 certification is highly desirable
  • Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management is an asset
