As Vice Principal - Curriculum Innovation, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our educational programmes and driving excellence in teaching and learning.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement innovative curricula that address the diverse needs of our learners.
2. Work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure seamless programme delivery and evaluation.
3. Mentor and support teachers to enhance their skills and knowledge in delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences.
4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders to foster collaborative opportunities and best practices.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for an experienced leader with a passion for curriculum innovation and development. To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience in curriculum development and implementation in a similar setting.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to inspire and support teaching staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
• A deep understanding of special educational needs and disability (SEND) legislation and its implications for curriculum design.
